The Communication Masterclass is a one day event designed for those whose calling  is to communicate to audiences within the context of church leadership. Regardless of the size of your team/congregation effective communication is essential in the growth and development of your vision and mission.

The day covers six main areas:

    The equality principle

    Knowing your zone

    Hitting your circles

    The colour of your message

    Finding your Voice

Who is the Communication Masterclass for?

It is for  anyone desiring to communicate their vision and ideas in growing and developing their church. Preachers and Pastors alike communicate to their people on a regular basis, that is why developing your communication skills is essential. Those involved with leading ministries within the church have a responsability to communicate effectively to their teams. Finally those who are aspiring to leadership and public ministry.

Richard has over 18 years experience as a preacher and communicator. As a pioneer and church planter he has spoken to audiences around the world from small churches to large conferences and leadership events. He has a unique and fresh approach in connecting with audiences of all kinds.

Welsh Outpouring 3 years today

Well today is a very special date in my heart as I remember on this day 10th April 2013 what we can only be described as a sovereign move of God. One journalist of the many that reported the Welsh Outpouring put it like this;

"At almost precisely 7:35pm on April 10, 2013 the heavens opened over Wales and in particular in the town of Cwmbran. At our weekly encounter meeting there was a tangible sense of Gods presence. Victory has seen hundreds of lives transformed by the Holy Spirit. Pastor Richard took the mic and preached a strong word on overcoming your enemy and proclaiming your victory. "It's time to claim what's our's" after exclaiming this people poured forward. A man wheel chair bound for years was healed picked up his chair and was seen running around the church. People with drug and alcohol addictions were touched by Gods power and set free. Pastors and leaders were given a fresh fire and renewed passion. The outpouring continued for many months meeting almost every night with over 1500 decisions for Christ and over 100,000 visitors from around the world. Stories of phenomenal healing's were reported with countless numbers sharing their healing experiences. The flame of revival that started that night will never be forgotten and we will always be thankful for Gods servant Pastor Richard for his humility and heart to see God move so powerfully".  

The report says it all as what then unfolded nobody could have believed or predicted. We planted several churches within 4 years and saw many being released into ministry who are now pastoring and preaching and seeing God continue to move in their own ministries.
